Introducing our New Day Porter:  MR. TERRY STEVENS 


Please join us in welcoming our latest addition to the Property Management staff.

A native of New Orleans, Terry is a Veteran of the Air National Guard. Terry retired 12 years ago from his 32-year long career at Bellsouth (now AT&T).   


He is the father of 2 kids, proud grandfather of 6, and he is very excited about the imminent arrival of his first great-grandbaby!  


A local sports enthusiast, Terry loves cheering on his favorite teams: the Saints, LSU Tigers & the Pelicans

HAPPY RETIREMENT PATSY ROSS!

Ms. Patsy, the 1615 Parking Garage Cashier, is in the final countdown to RETIREMENT.  Her last work day will be Friday April 14th.  Please take a moment to wish her well as you race out of the garage.

 

Patsy has worked at 1615 Poydras for the last 12 years. Her warm, engaging smile will be missed!

 

Patsy is looking forward to days spent in the garden, quality time with the grandbabies, visiting family and friends, hoping to travel and enjoy the ‘endless weekend’.

 

We are so happy for you Ms. Patsy -  retiring at a time when you are still so vibrant and full of life (not that a good nap now & then won’t be welcome).   We wish you all the best in your new chapter.  Make the most of it!

Mr. Calvin Davis has been a Security Guard at 1615 Poydras for over 14 years. 

Effective September 1st, he has officially RETIRED.  Calvin is known for his professionalism, knowledge, reliability, and customer service - he has been an excellent employee and a highly regarded member of our team!  

Calvin intends to travel, visit family and friends, and he is looking forward to his newfound freedom.  Though he will be missed, we just couldn't be happier for him.   THANK YOU CALVIN for your years of service and we hope to see you soon!  Godspeed, friend.

MEET THE NEW GUY  - ENGINEER KAINE MARTIN 


Please join us in welcoming our latest addition to the 1615 Poydras Engineering staff.

Kaine was born & raised in the New Orleans area. The proud Papa of two wee chillins - who fill much of his downtime. When not with the kiddies he enjoys playing basketball, swimming & playing video games, A sports enthusiast — Kaine claims to be the biggest SAINTS FAN evah!!   #whodat #1saintsfan

 

The full engineering team includes: Jason Munch, Mike Scherer. and our Chief Engineer Guy Ranzino.

 

Our Engineering team is responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety, operations, maintenance & customer service for our building.

Congratulations to Engineer CURTIS MUMA for his semi-retirement

Curtis is taking a bit of a sabbatical from 1615 Poydras. While he will be available from time to time to cover Engineer's vacation time, he will be splitting his time between New Orleans and his native Canada.  Take care Curt - don't be a stranger!

Introducing our New Engineer:  MICHAEL SCHERER


Please join us in welcoming our latest   addition to the Engineering staff.  Mike is a native of Kentucky who relocated to New Orleans in 2008. He met his future wife, and now is a father of two children and one furry family member - Gunner (dog). Mike is a car enthusiast, who builds race engines, & also competes in billiards competitions in his spare time.

 

Our full engineering team includes: Guy Ranzino (Chief Engineer), Curtis Muma, Jason Munch & Mike Scherer.
