BUILDING INFORMATION
- Call security 24 hours a day at (504) 636-3610 for all emergencies.
- Building hours are from 7:00a-6:00p, Monday - Friday & 7:00a-12:00p on Saturday.
- Corridor lights automatically turn off at 10:00p on weekdays and noon on Saturday
- Loading Dock hours are from 7:00a until 6:00p Monday through Friday.
- All office moves must be scheduled in advance through the Management office.
- Report a suspicious person or solicitor immediately to security at (504) 636-3610.
- The Parking Garage gates are open from 7:00a–6:00p.
- The Cashier is on-site until 7:00p.
- Tenants working after-hours (after 6:00p on weekdays & on the weekends) should sign-in and sign-out at the front Security Desk.
- Smoking is only permitted in the designated area, which is the patio located outside of the building. Ashtrays and seating are provided in this area for your use.
- Air Conditioning (A/C) is supplied Monday through Friday from 7:00a - 6:00p.
- A/C is available at no cost, upon request ("on demand"), on Saturdays from 7:00a-12:00p.
- You may request Overtime A/C at the hourly rate dictated in your lease ($90-$95 per hour). All A/C requests (both Saturdays at no-charge and Overtime) may be made via FAMIS 360 (the building work order system) by the Tenant Office Manager or designee(s).
