  • Building hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. until Noon on Saturday.
  • Post Office boxes are located on the first floor of the lobby.
  • Air Conditioning is supplied from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and is available at no cost, upon request ("on-demand"), from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday. You may also request Overtime A/C at our current hourly rate.  All A/C Requests (both Saturdays at no-charge and Overtime at current rate) may be made via the Genea Energy Management System by Tenant Office Managers or designees.
  • Corridor lights automatically turn off at 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturday. Office lights and specialty lights should be turned off before leaving.
  • Call security 24 hours a day at (504) 636-3610 for all emergencies.
  • Loading Dock hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • All moves must be scheduled in advance through the Management office.
  • Report a suspicious person or solicitor immediately to security at (504) 636-3610.
  • The Parking Garage gates are open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.  The Cashier is on-site until 7:00 pm.
  • Tenants working after-hours (after 6:00 pm on weekdays and on the weekends) should sign-in and sign-out at the front Security Desk.
  • Smoking is only permitted in the designated area, which is the patio located outside of the building. Ashtrays are provided in this area for your use.
